Tiva's distinctive approach revolves around giving this advanced and modern technology at no cost, and Tiva will offer comprehensive technical support to pharmacies that require assistance at an affordable monthly support fee. This clearly underlines the inclusion of all types of pharmacies, including the Accredited Drug Dispensing Outlets (ADDO) in rural and peri-urban areas, referred to as "MADUKA YA DAWA MUHIMU" in Swahili, within Tiva's grand vision of modernizing and interconnecting all pharmacies across Tanzania.

To realize this visionary objective, given the integral challenges of pharmacy networking, Tiva actively collaborates with pivotal stakeholders, which include the Pharmaceutical Society of Tanzania (PST), internet service providers, Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), and some key financial institutions. This strategic alignment is precisely designed to competently address the fundamental challenges prevalent on the ground. These challenges include factors such as the lack of dependable internet connectivity in remote areas. Furthermore, Tiva establishes partnerships with banking entities to accommodate situations in which certain pharmacies may lack the necessary financial stability to procure the essential ICT infrastructure for their modernization initiatives. These banks also extend products for pharmacies on a credit basis, serving as accessible loans that pharmacies can repay at a later time. As part of this arrangement, participating pharmacies contribute affordable monthly support fees, thus qualifying them for technical support whenever the need arises.

As a designated Tiva Dealer and district representative, your duties include providing training and establishing accounts for pharmacies that face challenges in these areas. Furthermore, you will consistently offer technical support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. This proactive involvement will not only drive the advancement of these pharmacies but will also yield a consistent and reliable revenue stream for you. This revenue will be derived from both the pharmacy establishments and other  financial transactions within your assigned area.
